DMV came to us with no paid advertising history whatsoever. No ad accounts. No attribution. No tracking infrastructure. No creator relationships. A complete blank slate.

Most agencies would have pushed them straight into spending. We took a different approach: build the measurement layer first, so that when spend goes live, every dollar is trackable from impression to conversion.

This project was about building the entire marketing engine from zero — the attribution infrastructure, the creator partnerships, and the initial campaign launch — all designed to generate clean signal from day one.
